Sourcing · Manufacturing · Supply programs

Industrial ingredients, delivered to the exact specification you approved.

The ten grams you signed off and the twenty tons that arrive in March have to be the same material. We source, manufacture, blend, pack and ship against a tolerance agreed in writing — and measure every single lot against it.

What we do

One supplier, accountable for the whole route.

A purchase order is not the hard part. The hard part is that lot 40 has to behave like lot 1 — after the mill changed hands, the freight lane rerouted and the harvest came in wet.

We buy, make, blend, pack and move industrial ingredients for food and beverage, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, personal care, chemical and agricultural manufacturers, and we write down the band each material has to land in before any of that starts.

  • Tolerances agreed in writing before the first lot runs
  • Certificate of analysis with every shipment
  • A second qualified source for every material

How it works

Nothing separates out between the mixer and your line.

Two numbers decide whether a shipment is yours or ours: the point above which it fails, and the point below which it fails. We agree both in writing before the first lot runs.

01

The band is agreed

Your specification and its tolerance go into the supply agreement — before anything is weighed, priced or shipped.

02

Every lot is measured

Each lot is tested against both limits and ships with its certificate of analysis. The figure on the certificate is the figure on the balance.

03

The retain settles disputes

We keep the part of the lot that stays behind, so any measurement can be repeated years later — against the same material, not against paperwork.

Sealed drums, each carrying its lot label.
Quality & documentation

The paperwork travels with the material.

The certificate of analysis leaves the dock in the same truck as the drum it describes. If it is not ready, the truck waits.

Safety data sheets, technical data sheets, certificates of origin and allergen statements ship with every order — and if the certificate and the label disagree, the shipment does not leave the dock.

What we measure, keep and sign

Tell us the specification that has to hold.

Send the material, the band and the volume. A chemist or a sourcing lead reads it the same day — and if we cannot hold it at that price, that is the first thing you will hear.
