What are your minimum order quantities?
Run minimums are quoted per program, because they depend on the material, the form it arrives in and the line that will run it. Tell us the volume you actually need and we will quote against that — not against a catalog tier.
Can I get a sample before committing volume?
Yes — that is the standard route. Before any volume moves you receive a written specification and a sample produced against it, so you test us on ten grams before you trust us with twenty tons.
Which certifications do you hold?
Certifications are provided at quotation for the specific line that will run your material, and never claimed in general. If a material needs a certification we cannot evidence, we will say so rather than route it and hope.
How fast will I hear back?
A chemist or a sourcing lead reads every inquiry the same business day. Within two to five days you get an answer on whether the band is achievable and a range on the cost of holding it.
